Mellow Out Tincture

I have to admit it tastes weird (bitter) but it is really effective and helps me mellow out. At their stall I learned that you put a few drops under your tongue. That seems to work! I would buy again!

I bought the CBD for stress management and to help with my evening wind down routine. I tried my CBD a couple of nights and didn't feel effects. I reached out to Chelly for info and support. She was so receptive and helpful and was able to give recommendations on use. That evening I applied her recommendations and felt great! Like a butterfly at rest, I was just chilling, unbothered. Trouble sleeping this will fix it! I take this almost every night before bed and damn it knocks me out within 10 minutes!
